Cartwheels and Flying Kicks

For today's class (my first Intermediate Level Martial Arts class with MediaCorp), we learnt to do cartwheels and two types of air-borne tornado-kicks. Ha ha, the names of Chinese martial arts moves always sound funny when translated into English, and this is especially more so when I can't exactly remember the words in Chinese in the first place! :)
