Joy of Running
I managed to go for a run today. I did two smaller circuits, which I estimate to be about 6 km (I haven't had the time to verify this against GoogleEarth). Both laps took me 36 mins, including waiting time at traffic lights. Ah, the joy of running!

great to run hor!contd to sneak time no matter how short to run during working days cos the rewards will be tremendous!;)
