Just saw on TV a news report about a hit-and-run incident last night in which a male driver knocked down a motorcyclist from behind, causing the latter to be flung off her motorbike. After driving off from the scene of the crime, the man returned to the same place about twenty minutes later to retrieve the license plate which had fallen off his car during the impact. But he left the injured woman where she was, and she later died from her injuries because she did not receive medical attention in time. All this was captured on film by a security camera. It's terribly chilling watching the man pick up his license plate and then run off - for the second time - leaving the woman to die.
