On medical leave today

I went to the doctor's this morning. Maybe I hadn't really recovered from my flu and I shouldn't have gone running. In any case, the doctor measured my stats, said that I was mildly dehydrated and that I needed rest, issued me an MC for today, prescribed me some tablets and a bottle KMnO4 solution and Combiderm cream for my foot infection.

I spent the whole afternoon in bed.
