2nd packet of Lemsip

I just downed my second packet of Lemsip. I hope the flu-like symptom goes away soon. I want to run the Botanic Garden run (~10km) tomorrow.

Anyway Mum is down with a bad cough, and Dad just left the house for Chinese traditional treatment for his two "frozen shoulders". I hope Mum and Dad get well quickly too.
