Praising God despite the cancer

I had dinner with a friend of mine who was diagnosed with a form of blood cancer last year. He's in his thirties, and is a pastor at a relatively new church. I've known him for only a few months, but we get along rather well. After dinner, we sat by the poolside and talked for a long while. His faith and trust in God despite his illness and suffering is something which moves me deeply. I pray for his recovery, and wish him all the best for his bone marrow examinations scheduled later this month.
