Predicted best running times

Seal posted a link to this interesting running site. I keyed in my average race-time for 10-km, and the website generated the above predicted best running times for me. Gosh, if the predictions are accurate, I will need to "up" my training, so as to cut 40 minutes off my marathon timing.
