Leaving for KL

This evening, I will depart for KL with the other SgRunners for the Great Eastern Pacesetters 30 km race.

I am keeping my fingers doubly-crossed that there will be no rain. I also pray that the floodwaters on both sides of the causeway will subside quickly, and that the people affected by the floods will soon have normalcy returned to their lives.

With the weather going topsy-turvy almost everywhere in the world, I continue to feel somewhat disturbed by the movie "The Day After Tomorrow" which was screened on TV a few days ago. Freaky.
